Debbie Rogers is a native of Asheville and came to Pole Creek in 1979. She is a graduate of UNC-Asheville with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and an Associates Degree in Accounting from AB Technical College. She met her now husband, Larry, at Pole Creek. They were married here in 1983. Debbie and Larry are parents of two sons, Josh and Jacob. Debbie came on staff in October 2006 as a part-time Nursery Captain.

In April 2011, she joined our office as a part-time secretary and has since moved into the position of Administrative Assistant to our Pastoral Staff. In October 2021, Debbie assumed the position of Guest & Member Services Associate.
